To craft a digital home for Charlie to show-off his incredible work and handle any objections his dream client might have. We needed to filter out time-wasters who would either ghost him or try to haggle pricing. Yuck.

  • Charlie stopped by when

    He was blending in with other carpenters in the area and found he was (ironically) spending too much time on time wasters. His Instagram looked lovely, but he wanted a place to show off his work and host somewhere people could get in touch. He wanted to show up as the carpenter in his area who focused on the details for more premium clients who were ready to pay for good work.

  • What we did

    As soon as I started talking to Charlie, his warmth as a person smacked me in the face. Exactly the kind and considerate person I’d happily invite into my home to build those bookshelves I’ve been dreaming of. He also had this thought leader vibe, showing me how DIY and cutting corners sound good on the surface, but end up costing you sooo much more in the long run. He gave me loads to work off. After our strategy call, I scurried away to my wee writing nook to compile everything he’d told me into objection-defying, magnetising copy. And the results speak for themselves…

    Charlie is fully booked, collabing with a premium landscaper. And… I can’t quite believe this - actually, yes I can, the right copy is so powerful - after launching his new website copy, he received 22 inquiries and 16 of them became paying clients.
