Brief

To help Rebecca stand out in her industry without her having to be controversial or share too much online. Rebecca works with a lot of sensitive cases; she wanted to make sure her words did them justice, as well as weave her personality throughout her website and marketing content. Basically, she wanted to ditch distraction for direction.

Words that do Rebecca’s clients justice

A theme that makes The Peak Edit stand out from other organisers, and home declutters

  • Rebecca stopped by when

Rebecca had hoarded mountains of AI-generated content that was collecting dust in her Google Drive. She’d worked with some of the most incredible clients, but because of the sensitive nature of some cases, she didn’t feel her words did them justice. Unsure how to stand out in her industry (tidy house, tidy mind - you get the idea), she came to me to help unearth her brand voice and to be her website copywriter. Challenge accepted, mon ami.

  • What we did

Brew in hand, we really dug deep into the roots of why Rebecca started her business. Pretty quickly, we unearthed what made her stand out. A charming individual who has such a magnetic personality, it was clear to see why people going through difficult times would gravitate towards her and her offer. We figured out exactly who she needed to talk to and came up with a pretty cool (if I do say so myself) theme that would make her stand out mountains above her competition.

  • What happened next...

Even before we wrapped up the project, Rebecca had started putting content together that she was happy to share. We’d fully connected her to her brand voice, as she had all the experience ready to go; it was just a case of putting the experience into the right words, and now she had her handy brand voice guidelines, which was a breeze. I dropped Rebecca a message the other day, and she’s fully booked! For the love of words.
